Day 1 / 8:00 Meet a guide at Shinjuku station & take a train to SATOYAMA @TOKYO area
10:00~ AIZOME（藍染：Japanese Indigo Dyeing）Workshop
A Japanese indigo dyeing studio KOSOUEN has still kept dyeing in an authentic and traditional method.
You're going to dye a handkerchief by soaking and rubbing the cloth in a vat filled with indigo liquid. You can make your own handicrafts and take it home as a souvenir.
There is a showroom in this studio where we can buy their original products.
12:00~ Japanese Dishes with Local Foods for Lunch
Savor an amazing Japanese cuisine at a restaurant that uses old-style warehouse built about 100 years ago. They serve seasonal local food on unique serving dishes. You can enjoy the taste and the pretty appearance.

14:30~ Nippara Limestone Cave
This big cave is one of the most famous limestone caves in Japan, and it keeps the temperature at 11℃ inside all year. Enjoy viewing the illuminated beautiful cave and feeling the mystical atmosphere.
Dinner & Stay at Riverside Hotel
Spend overnight at a riverside hotel and relax in the hot spring. The scenic gorge views from rooms are beautiful. Calm the mind and enjoy delicious dinner.
Day 2 /11:30~ Soba Noodles Hand Making
Soba noodles are made from buckwheat flour. There are many Soba noodle shops around this area because of the fresh water from rivers. You’re going to make this local dish from scratch and eat the freshly kneaded Soba noodles with various other specialties.
13:00~ Forest Therapy® & Tea Time
Walking in verdant forest heals the soul and promotes the health.
Okutama Town is one of the area which have the largest collection of giant trees in Japan.
Enjoy guided walk of one of the “Therapy Road” and forest tea-time with an original herbal tea.
Quick medical checkups will be provided before and after the therapy to check how much soothed and heeled your body and soul are by "Shinrin-yoku".

*We take a train to SATOYAMA @TOKYO area from Shinjuku, and make a tour by a chartered vehicle. On the return trip, guide services end after guiding you to a train for Shinjuku station.
